An incredible rare early 19th century entry salvaged from the lost villages on the SEAWAY in eastern Ontario; most of these very early homes were settled by empire loyalist at the beginning of the 19th century.

This doorway with glass wood and original door plaque was salvaged in 1953 and kept in a private collection ever since.

The Canadian government created Upper Canada Village Museum showcasing settlers lifestyle and homesteads.
