Tin base with working wind up mechanism. 
Celluloid is in excellent condition with one tiny dent in one of Mickey's ears on back. Stamped Disney and STS in triangle on Mickey's back. 
Measures 3 1/2" in height. 
This is one very rare Mickey/Minnie toy. 100% untouched and original.
