A very fine mid 18th century sterling silver gravy boat, Walter Brind, London 1761                                                         
The very ample bellied body decorated with foliate embossed motifs and a blank cartouche, affixed with a richly cast & foliate inspired double-scrolled handle. Raised upon a trio of cabriole supports descending from shell shaped knees terminating to pad feet, the underside bearing London hallmarks with date letter for 1761 and makers marks for Walter Brind.
