Baird Advertising Clock
 
A large and rarely-found tin-faced Baird advertising clock for Tiger
Stove Polish by F.F. Dalley of Hamilton, Ontario. These tin-faced Bairds
were only manufactured in 1897, making them quite a rarity, particularly
with Canadian advertising. The tin face and advertising panel have some
scuffing scratches but the paint is all original with no touch-ups. The
oak case boasts its original finish and the movement is in good working
order. These clocks utilized a standard Seth Thomas mantle clock
movement and are fairly easy to service and maintain.
