A Rare Pair of 16th / 17th Century Dutch ‘Rokkandelaars’ Dwarf Brass Capstan Candlesticks

Both of these diminutive ‘dwarf’ capstan candlesticks, aka ‘Rokkandelaars’ (Dutch term meaning 'sconce skirt'), showing cylindrical & belted sockets with twin ejecting apertures issuing from turned columns over disc-shaped drip pans, raised overall on flaring domed bases. 
Measuring 4” high x 3” diameter.
