A Louis XIII armchair with a sloping back, shaped back crest, robust carved arms and a finely turned base. The needlework fabric with birds and foliage is possibly original, hand-forged upholstery tacks. Some repairs to needlework, back upholstery is replaced. Repair to one arm post.
