Large vintage illuminated barber shop sign featuring bold hand-painted “BARBERIA” lettering, traditional red, white and blue barber-pole striping and a long hanging directional arrow.
found in Spain
Constructed as a projecting sign with an enclosed light box, the piece retains a wonderfully aged painted surface with wear, losses and patina from years of use. The curved arrow hangs below the sign and continues the original red, white and blue painted decoration.
The sign remains functional and lights up, creating an exceptional piece of authentic commercial advertising and folk-art signage.
A highly decorative original sign with strong graphic presence, ideal for a barber shop, restaurant, retail interior, collection of vintage advertising or large-scale wall display.
