A George III sterling silver hot water jug (or coffee jug) by Charles Wright, hallmarked London 1777. Inverted baluster shape with bead borders, engraved with bands of bright-cut decoration, and caned scroll handle. 12.5" (31.8cm) high, 4 cups (1000ml) capacity, 23.9 troy ounces (745g).
