Set of George III Neoclassical Garniture Set Circa 1790

18th/19th English four piece garniture set, after a design by William Chambers, composed of two gilt and patinated cast bronze griffins on white marble pedestals mounted as candlesticks and two smaller matching bronze griffin figures.

Sir William Chambers was the court architect to George III.
