Pilot is one Canada's most accomplished painters and masters  of the etching technique.  A member of the Beaver Hall Group and President of the RCA. He has exhibited extensively at the Royal Canadian Academy, Art Association of Montreal and with the Group of Seven. He also served in both World Wars.
