Vincent George Clare (British, 1855-1930)

7" x 9" both signed and in period frames.
 
Vincent exhibited at the Royal Acedemy from 1873 - 1887 and at the Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool. He is the brother of Oliver Clare, also a noted still life and flower painter.
