A Very Good Antique Persian Heriz Carpet, Circa 1920
 
A very good room size antique Heriz carpet, the central medallion in a palette of coral, indigo & royal blue, against a terracotta & tangerine field with both floral & geometric motifs, similarly addressed at all corners against cream shaded spandrels. The main border with repeating flowerhead motifs against a deep navy-blue band, within guard borders of meandering indigo motifs against a khaki-gold field.
