Note:  A gift to Theodore Frederick Moorhouse Newton, Canada  from his fellow diplomats on completion of his mission in  Bogata, Columbia 1964.
 
Signed by some 36 diplomats including Mexico, Italy, China, Japan, Spain, Austria and many South American Countries.
